- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
- Customized products are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
- Minor layer lines or surface variations are normal in 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
