Q: Why do my products have slight layer lines?
A: Minor layer lines or surface variations are a natural characteristic of 3D-printed products. These are not defects — they are part of the unique, handcrafted nature of each piece.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take 5–10 business days. Delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes, we ship to 24,000+ pincodes across India via our courier partners.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

Q: Are custom/personalized products returnable?
A: Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
